Benefits management
Guide for Effective Benefits Management in Major Projects, published by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority in October 2017, defines benefits management as: ‘The process of organising and managing investments in change and their measurable improvements, to ensure that the outcomes or transformation is actually achieved. Can be applied across the organisation down to individual project or scheme level.’
